Teen Spirit is a comedy about popular girl Amber Pollock (Cassie Scerbo) who bullies everyone at school. She is popular, she has friends and she has a boyfriend. She will do just about anything to get what she wants. And what Amber wants more then anything now is to be crowned Prom Queen at her prom.
But as most things in life, not everything is as it seems and Amber is about to find out just that on the night of prom. On prom night, both Amber and her boyfriend can’t seem to find space to park. So, she pressures her boyfriend to just park in tiny parking spot. However, where he parked was not a good place after all.
At prom, Amber is crowned Prom Queen, but as she touches the crown she got electrocuted and immediately dies. Only, she has not been processed to heaven or hell. An Angel named Supervisor J-3 (Tim Gunn) will give her a chance to change her ways before being processed to either Hell or Heaven. She is given a task and that task is to make the least-popular student Lisa Sommers (Lindsey Shaw), Prom Queen.
Supervisor J-3 has given Amber a deadline of one week at the makeup prom. If she does not make it in time or she doesn’t complete the task, she will be on the next shuttle bus to Hell. As Amber wraps her head around the idea on how she is going to achieve that Lisa wins prom queen, she decides to visit her old school, friends and family as a spirit.
There she finds out that not everything is always as it seems. Her friends were not her true friends, her old classmates hate her and things are not going well at home for her sister and her mother. Will Amber achieve her task in time? Will things go better at home later? Will she be able to change her ways? Will she go to “Heaven or Hell”? You better watch to find out!

This movie is funny, but it also brings an important message. The message is that it’s never too late to change your ways. In addition, forgiveness is not easy, but it helps you to move on. I have to admit that I loved watching this movie, I was not disappointed one bit. This is a must watch movie perfect that is perfect for Prom time. I would definitely recommend watching this movie.
