Breakfast is a staple to starting any morning off right. And it is always better when it is a nice, filling, and hearty meal.
1 pound of bacon
4 medium potatoes
1. Dice the bacon, potatoes, onion, and pepper into tiny bite size squares.
2. Cook the bacon in a skillet and then add the onion, pepper, and potatoes in the bacon grease with the bacon. Cook until the vegetables are crispy.
3. Add the eggs and scramble them into the mixture.
