Healthy Breakfast Smoothie

Need a well-balanced meal for those difficult mornings? Why don’t you try out this quick recipe!

. 1 cup of mixed frozen berries
. 1 cup of spinach
. 1 tbs of flax seeds
. 1 cup of almond milk or other milk product of your choice
. 1 banana
. 1/4 tsp of vanilla

1. Put all the ingredients, except for the flax seeds, in the blender.
2. Mix up the combination until it becomes smooth.
2. Add the flax seeds to the mixture and blend it some more for 2 seconds.
3. Serve and enjoy!
